Fullstack Backend Engineer, Platform Insights

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, confident with Typescript/Javascript, and knowledgeable with Python
• Solid backend foundation and comfortable working across the tech stack
• Experience with GenAI for building internal tools and/or user-facing applications
• Experience in developer experience space with familiarity with productivity frameworks and metrics

What You'll Be Doing

• Work across the full stack (backend, frontend, data) with an emphasis on backend
• Design, develop, and maintain tools, systems, and resources to enhance developer experience
• Conduct exploratory work on introducing third-party tools like Generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to implement productivity improvements
• Maintain and evolve datasets for developer experience metrics
