Requirements

• Experienced in designing and delivering backend applications in Java
• Working knowledge in developing web applications in React, TypeScript, and NextJS
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to experiment
• Experience with agile software development and continuous learning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive key architectural decisions across the stack - client, backend, data, and quality
• Be hands-on and deliver on complex backend and frontend tasks
• Work with other engineers to adopt best practices and improve solution quality
• Adopt a data-first mindset and leverage experimentation to measure feature impact
• Collaborate within agile teams to build new product features
• Develop individually, grow impact, and mentor peers
