Data Engineer, Personalization

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering, including building scalable data pipelines and working with data processing frameworks.
• Comfortable with SQL, data analytics platforms like BigQuery, and cloud-based environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledgeable in A/B testing frameworks, ML model support, and driving data system improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for advanced search capabilities.
• Collaborating with ML and Backend Engineers for organic search retrieval and personalized recommendations.
• Improving the team's data stack health and advocating for modern data engineering practices.
• Contributing to technical direction and strategic decisions around data usage for ML.
