Software Engineer, Frontend - Help Experience

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience with 2+ years of experience programming with Javascript required (We use React)
• Experience with frontend architecture and best practices for maintainable code
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with A/B testing, Agile development, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Interest in collaboration through code reviews and technical discussions

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and improve customer-facing support products and services end-to-end
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and product owners to create a user-focused experience
• Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. automated testing, code reviews, and writing beautiful, readable code, documentation, software design, RFCs)
• Keep our product updated with the latest technologies
