Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the software industry, with a strong foundation in engineering best practices, API design, test automation, and architectural design. Experience in the fintech space (e.g., payments, trading, or gambling).
• Experience mentoring engineers at different levels, helping them grow and succeed.
• Experienced at conveying technical details to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
• Prioritize delivering high-quality solutions that balance user experience, scalability, and performance.
• Excel in a team environment, working with engineers and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
