Senior Software Engineer, Java - Marketing Automations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, with a solid foundation in designing and maintaining scalable systems, API development, and database management.
• You are comfortable working with modern backend technologies and frameworks.
• You’ve got experience talking tech with non-technical people, explaining complicated concepts in conversation and through written technical specifications, recognizing the importance of understanding across teams and disciplines.
• You’re a vigorous proponent of descriptive automated testing and understand its importance in maintaining code quality and documenting intended functionality.
• You have experience mentoring engineers at different levels.
