Security Analyst, Customer Security

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a passion for customers
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and cloud platforms (AWS & GCP)
• Experience with automation tools for handling customer complaints
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organizations
• Knowledge of software development and proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, Node, Go

• Experience with Domain or website abuse processes

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively define decision matrices for account and product suspension
• Collaborate with teams handling abuse to enhance communication and processes
• Develop automation for risk scoring and actioning abuse cases
• Consistently manage abuse processes seeking improvements
• Work with Product Managers on security strategies
• Track, document, and report abuse metrics
• Define and analyze security KPIs and KRIs
• Mentor and support junior team members
