Customer Security Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a passion for customers
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and cloud platforms (AWS & GCP)
• Experience with automation tools for handling customer complaints
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders
• Knowledge of software development and at least one of Java, Python, Node, Go

Nice to Have

• Experience with Domain or website abuse processes

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively work with teams to define abuse decision matrix
• Collaborate with different teams on abuse handling processes
• Develop automation processes for abuse risk scoring
• Consistently manage abuse process for improvements
• Work on authentication and authorization strategies
• Track, document, and report abuse metrics
• Define and analyze security KPIs for the organization
• Mentor and support junior team members
