12+ years in engineering leadership roles, including experience managing people managers and multi engineering teams
Experience managing 20+ engineers across multiple geographies (e.g., US and Ireland)
Expertise building customer-facing and developer-facing products
Can recruit and grow frontend and backend engineers
Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners, with the ability to align team members across technical and non-technical functions
Experience building solutions with MACH architecture principles - Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless, and with cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure
Thrives in dynamic environments, effectively navigating shifting priorities and evolving roadmaps
Familiarity with experimentation platforms and agile development processes
