Security Analyst

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Anti-Abuse operations (Fraud, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, etc.) and/or Risk assessment
• Experience with domain and/or website abuse processes
• Experience with automation, tools, and systems processing complaints and concerns from customers
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders across organizational boundaries

Nice to Haves

• Project management experience (Agile frameworks)
• Experience with Stakeholder relations

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively work with all teams that handle abuse to define a decision matrix on when to take action
• Collaborate with teams to define responsibilities and improve communication
• Develop automation processes to assess risk and take appropriate actions
• Consistently manage abuse processes and seek improvements
• Work with Product Managers on security strategies
• Track, document, and report abuse metrics
• Analyze security KPIs and KRIs for the Customer security organization
