Senior DevOps / DevEx Engineer

Requirements:

• You are a builder: You have 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering with a heavy emphasis on software development.
• You are proactive: You see what is needed, take action, and turn problems into solutions.
• You love building frameworks, abstractions, and automation to ensure best practices are followed.
• You are AI-curious and understand how AI tools are changing engineering.
• You move fast, test, and iterate quickly.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with AWS cloud, k8s, docker, IaC, Github.
• Solid knowledge of Python.

• Building and scaling the internal development platform.
• Developing tools, services, and automation to empower the engineering team.
• Shaping the future of AI and agentic development.
• Taking existing tooling to the next level.
