Software Architect, Reliability Engineering

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps roles
• Strong experience in driving strategic technical decisions
• In-depth understanding of Reliability Engineering in a SaaS organization
• Experience with cloud architecture, devops practices, and large-scale systems design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform,

Nice to haves

• Specific experience with large AWS footprints
• Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and concepts
• Experience with data technologies like Apache Kafka
• Passion for building reliable products in high-availability systems

• Partner with technical leaders to set and communicate reliability strategy
• Lead design, implementation, and operation of scalable solutions
• Influence architectural decisions for availability, performance, resilience, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to identify reliability risks
• Mentor and grow engineers and technical leaders
• Track and apply emerging SRE, cloud, and large-scale systems best practices
