• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Coding chops in languages like Java, GO.
• Skilled in distributed systems architecture.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Experienced at Cross Team Communication.
• Passionate about mentoring engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across Tech Stack including Backend/Frontend/Data/ML.
• Contributed to the broader technical community.
• Proven track record working across an organization.
