Requirements

4+ years of experience in an engineering role with exposure to both software and hardware
Strong problem-solving ability in fast-changing environments
Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting and scripting (Python preferred)
Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams
Ability to manage logistics, vehicle diagnostics, and operational planning
Bias for action and willingness to work in varied environments
Ability to document issues and processes for cross-team collaboration
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Experience in fleet operations, vehicle systems, embedded technologies
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Experience deploying and maintaining operational processes across multiple locations
Familiarity with networking concepts and debugging techniques
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams for improvements

Serve as the on-site technical lead and manage fleet deployment
Develop scalable infrastructure solutions for efficient data processing
Collaborate with software, hardware, and logistics teams for process improvements
Support hardware qualification and inventory management
Provide daily updates to stakeholders on technical issues
