Engineering Operations Specialist

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an engineering role with exposure to both software and hardware
• Strong problem-solving ability in fast-changing environments
• Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting and scripting (Python preferred)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams
• Ability to manage logistics, vehicle diagnostics, and operational planning
• Bias for action and willingness to work in varied environments
• Ability to document issues and processes for cross-team collaboration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations, vehicle systems, embedded technologies
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Experience deploying and maintaining operational processes across multiple locations
• Familiarity with networking concepts and debugging techniques
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams for improvements

• Serve as the on-site technical lead and manage fleet deployment
• Develop scalable infrastructure solutions for efficient data processing
