Senior Software Engineer, Unified Platform Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on cloud-native infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles
• Proven track record implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD, manage environment-specific configurations and automated drift detection
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python
• Passion for improving the efficiency of the tools and a data-driven mindset to decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on deep experience in the Kubernetes ecosystem including Kube-APIServer, Controller Manager, Scheduler and writing custom Admission Controllers to enforce governance and security
• Strong grasp of CAP theorem, Raft consensus algorithm, and high-availability patterns in distributed environments
• Recognized experience in building platforms, infrastructure, CI/CD, or tools that improve the software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally to deliver complex projects
