Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science (or related field) and 5 years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of front and back-end development technologies, proficient in multiple programming languages (preferably JavaScript, Python, Java), cloud- and web technologies
Demonstrated experience or interest in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Redux, Localization, Accessibility)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Object-oriented principles and Software Design Patterns
Foundational understanding of AI concepts and a curiosity about how AI can enhance workflows, decision-making, and team efficiency
Ability to find opportunities to apply AI-powered solutions, exploring automation, data-driven insights, and process optimizations

Ability to break-down sophisticated problems into a set of generalizable sub-problems
Recognize recurring patterns and develop clean abstractions to encapsulate and manage complexity
Knowledge of DevOps principles

Prototype fast in diverse environments like frontend, backend, web apps and agents, using feedback and running quick PoCs to drive innovation
