Requirements

5+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or related fields
Strong portfolio showcasing sizzle reels, brand storytelling, and innovative motion work
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with AI tools and workflows in creative production is a strong plus
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong visual and communication design skills, with a keen eye for pacing, emotion, and narrative
Self-directed, flexible, and highly cooperative work style within local and global teams
Strong command of written and spoken English
