Passionate about computer science & developing software
At least 5 years of practical experience developing products
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development (ES6+, React or similar frameworks)
Proficiency in using AI tools for engineering tasks is considered a strong plus
Experience building high-performance web applications with focus on user experience
Experience in building and operating distributed and scalable web services (REST)
Comfortable with full-stack development (frontend, backend APIs, databases, integrations, CI/CD, monitoring)
Good understanding of OOP, design patterns and development principles and practices
Being adaptable to a multifaceted environment, loves to experiment and prototype
Very good problem solving skills, ability to deep-dive to find the root of the problem
Show initiative and have a self-managed approach
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Good English language knowledge, both written and spoken
Nice to Haves
Experience with cloud services platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot)
What You'll Be Doing
You and your team will focus on building the modern entry-point into the AEM systems, merging both traditional use-cases and agentic flows.
Work closely with other groups as well as product management to define and implement this platform as well as to integrate it with other services at Adobe.
Evaluate the current architecture, determine risks and opportunities, and come up with proposal for mitigation and improvements.
Use your outstanding technical skills to mentor junior members of the team.
Research various technologies and define architectural improvements. Build prototypes or core features.
Drive adoption of new technologies and contribute to continuous increase of technical knowledge across engineering teams.
