  • Oversee incident management process and analysis
  • Drive long-term reliability improvements
• Resiliency Program:
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve platform resilience
  • Monitor key resiliency metrics
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate with engineering leadership regularly
• Talent Management:
  • Recruit and interview candidates
  • Develop and retain top talent
