Data Engineer II - Marketplace

Requirements

• More than +3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Data Engineer
• Degree in a quantitative field
• Proven knowledge of Python
• Experience with schema design and data modeling
• Knowledge of Spark, CDC, Kafka, Cassandra, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, or equivalent tools
• Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Nice to Haves

• Java/Scala knowledge
• Experience with the Hadoop Ecosystem

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing, performance, quality, and scaling of data pipelines
• Rapidly developing next-generation scalable data pipelines
• End-to-end ownership of data quality
• Experimenting with new tools and technologies
• Providing tools to improve data quality
• Serving as the main point of contact for technical and business stakeholders
