Data Engineer II - Location Intelligence

Requirements:

• More than +3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Data Engineer with a degree in a quantitative field
• Proven knowledge of Python, Java/Scala is a plus
• Experience building production data pipelines in the cloud
• Knowledge of Spark, CDC, Kafka, Cassandra, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT or equivalent tools
• Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with the Hadoop Ecosystem

What You'll Be Doing:

• Rapidly developing next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance data pipelines
• Solving issues with data and data pipelines, prioritizing based on customer impact
• End-to-end ownership of data quality in core datasets and data pipelines
• Experimenting with new tools and technologies to meet business requirements
• Being the main point of contact for technical and business stakeholders regarding data engineering issues
