Executive Assistant m/d/f

Requirements:

• 12+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a global technology or software organization
• Exceptional communication skills and strong follow-through, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in ambiguous or high-stakes situations
• Advanced calendar management skills with expertise in Slack, Gmail, and Google Calendar
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Experience planning and executing large-scale meetings, events, and travel logistics
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with diverse people and projects

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing our R&D leadership’s calendars efficiently
• Preparing meeting agendas and ensuring smooth execution
• Keeping key stakeholders informed and aligned with schedules
• Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements
• Managing expenses and contracts with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively taking on additional duties or projects
• Collaborating with the Admin/Ops team for various activities
