Senior Statistical Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of statistical methods and classical machine learning techniques.
• Successful delivery of customer-facing, large-scale analysis experiences.
• Experience in measuring and optimizing algorithms and code.
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience implementing statistical heuristics and sampling methods.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI.
• Proficiency in optimizing the performance of applications, frameworks, or libraries.
• Java development experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and evolve the continuous profiler insights and recommendations.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of insights and recommendations.
• Develop new insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various Datadog AI Teams.
• Collaborate with profiling teams to design and implement innovative product features.
• Advise on algorithms and techniques balancing statistical accuracy and computational constraints.
