Senior Software Engineer - REDAPL Resource Graph (Lisbon)

Requirements:

• Contributed to platform or infrastructure-focused initiatives for several years
• Led impactful technical initiatives emphasizing performance, cost efficiency, ease of use, and resilience/operability
• Significant back-end engineering experience in building and operating distributed systems at high scale
• Worked with multiple types of data stores, experience with Graph Databases a bonus
• Enjoy mentoring and coaching other engineers
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to design and drive high-priority, high-visibility projects to enhance platform value, resilience, and scalability
• Lead and guide engineers on architectural platform decisions
• Identify system risks and trends in reliability, designing solutions
• Provide input on prioritizing engineering-led initiatives in planning and roadmaps
• Collaborate with internal product teams on requirements and growth planning
