Requirements:

You have a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related scientific field or equivalent experience.
You’re a backend engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience (Go, Python, Java, etc.) who values code simplicity and performance.
You have relevant work experience with LLMs, large-scale systems, machine learning, or adjacent fields. You’ve shipped software that uses LLMs to production.
You want to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment that values its engineers.
You are a good communicator and can drive hard technical conversations towards a pragmatic solution.

Nice to Haves:

Excited to work in the security domain, with an understanding of how analysts investigate threats and alerts.
Fluency with offline/online evals for AI systems; can build reliable golden sets and automatic regressions.
Experience scaling products in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Work closely with users, security experts, PMs, and data scientists on cutting edge AI agents that drive real value for our customers.
