Senior AI Engineer - APM Integrations

Requirements

• 6+ years building backend systems (Go, Java, or .NET) with focus on simplicity, correctness, and performance.
• Proven experience delivering LLM/agent features to production.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating from prototype to production.
• Strong ML fundamentals with knowledge of the ML lifecycle and statistics for experiments.
• Experience with microservices performance and production operations mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Hands‑on experience with distributed tracing stacks, profilers, and logs/metrics pipelines.
• Experience with planning/agent frameworks and code-generation systems.
• Familiarity with semantic conventions, large scale testing, and cross-language porting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building agent workflows for integration needs from plan to implementation and validation.
• Creating systems to synthesize context and make changes that match customer expectations.
• Generating integration code and tests reflecting real customer workloads.
• Designing evaluation harnesses to prevent regressions and build portfolio-level automation.
• Partnering with various teams to make the system adoptable and embedded in workflows.
