Analyst, Product Performance - (Logistics, Service Performance)

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or tech company
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, communicative, and pragmatic
• Proactive, intellectually curious, and motivated
• Excellent knowledge of SQL
• Excellent English communication skills

What you'll be doing

• Act as the First Point of Contact for Regional HQ and local teams
• Generate data-backed hypotheses for product performance
• Work on compensation domain to impact global customer retention
• Evaluate solutions through quantitative and qualitative analysis

Nice to Haves

• Experience in functions like product operations, user retention, pricing, or revenue management
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
