Requirements

Python expert with 4+ years of experience, specializing in NLP and AI.
Strong computer science foundation, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Experience of cloud platform hosting via AWS/GCP and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm).
Proficient in LLM technology and Conversational Interfaces.
Commitment to engineering excellence, including high-quality code, automated testing, and best practices.
Pragmatic and collaborative, able to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership beyond deployment.

Nice to Have

Experience with implementing chatbots.
Experience with VertexAI.
Familiar with common CI/CD tools like ArgoCD, Drone, spinnaker.
Familiar with common monitoring/alerting/logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, distributed tracing.
Building, maintaining & running a high traffic system in a microservice environment with Kubernetes.
Familiar with communication between microservices best practices.
Superior knowledge in relational databases (ACID, isolation & index types, storage engines) especially with PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of document-oriented databases (MongoDB, Couchbase, DynamoDB, Firestore).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges in automated conversations with customers.
