Requirements:

2+ years experience in the analytics space in rapidly growing and dynamic environments, ideally with a broad mission scope or several stakeholders
Critical thinking and creative problem solver who loves learning strives for excellence
Love for engaging people across the company with your enthusiasm for making positive change and promoting a data-driven culture
Good SQL and data wrangling skills
Experience with visualization tools (Looker studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Good written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to haves:

Experience with data orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow) and knowledge of data architectures
Experience with experimentation and statistical test design and analysis
Experience with Python, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform
Experience in the Customer Experience domain
