Senior Product Analyst - Consumer Product

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in the analytics space in rapidly growing and dynamic environments.
• Experience working in Search & Recommendations systems.
• Strong experience in leveraging SQL for analytics (BigQuery experience is a plus).
• Proficient with at least one data visualization tool.
• Experience working with large scale user data.
• Background in statistics, knowledge about statistical test design and analysis preferably hands on experience in designing and running A/B tests at scale.
• Experience with customer behavior tracking platforms.
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to haves

• Experience with data pipelining tool such as airflow, DBT.

What you'll be doing

• Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests with a strong emphasis on statistical methods.
• Product OKRs & Metrics: Define product metric framework and quarterly OKRs.
• Tracking & QA: Own tracking definition and improve user behavior tracking.
• ETL & Reporting: Build data pipelines and self-service dashboards.
• Exploratory Analysis: Draw insights from data to drive product strategy & roadmap.
• Contribute to the growth and development of fellow product analysts through knowledge shares, workflow optimizations, hiring, onboarding of talent, etc.
