Senior Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Several years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Direct and/or indirect people management or leadership experience

• Experience recruiting and retaining healthy teams, managing performance, and calibrating expectations
