Requirements
- 2 - 7 years of experience within technology risk, business continuity planning, or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of the Dutch language
- Experience or knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
- Business Continuity Planning
- Information Technology
- Risk Analysis
- Management Reporting
- Operational Resiliency
- Risis and Incident Management
- Third Party Risk Management
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Asset Management and engineering colleagues in completing BCP/DR and operational resilience requirements for critical business applications
- Support third party and vendor BCP and operational risk program requirements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for local management teams and risk committees
- Participate in divisional, regional, and firmwide working groups to advance the program
- Contribute to the overall quality of crisis management and incident management programs
- Maintain knowledge and skillset relevant to trends and regulations in the financial services industry - research and present summaries
- Stay abreast of evolving local regulatory requirements, working with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement uplifts to controls and procedures for the region

- Proven knowledge on best practices for cyber risk management with specialization in cyber resilience
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT, S-SDLC, ITIL practices
- Ability to interpret regulatory literature and mapping it to engineering best practices
- Maintaining regulatory reporting literature and filing regulatory reports
- Knowledge of relevant industry frameworks and EU (ICT/Cyber) regulations relevant to the financial services sector
- Sense of ownership and driven to manage tasks to completion
- Comfortable creating technology risk/governance/compliance literature and communicating it to decision makers
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and coordinate projects amongst stakeholders
- Basic understanding of creating automated reports using BI tools like Power-BI, Tableau, etc.
