Software Engineer II, One Producer Stack Experiments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.

• Experience developing accessible technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and enhance the platform for “Experiments and Feature Flags,” enabling Service Producers (first-, second-, and third-party) to deploy, manage, and iterate on their software products efficiently.
• Design and implement systems that support safe rollouts, detailed experiments, and comprehensive A/B testing across different versions of software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform provides a consistent and high-quality experience across all Google platforms, from internal systems (like Borg) to external cloud environments (e.g., GCP, GDC, and others).
• Contribute to the architecture that supports seamless integration of services running on diverse cloud platforms.
