Front End Software Engineer, YouTube Web Studio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Typescript).
• Experience in software development and developing web-based applications.

Nice to haves

• Experience in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Effective people, teamwork, and organizational skills.

What you'll be doing

• Design and implement scalable solutions to common technical problems faced by YouTube Studio developers, working under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Identify and resolve release, compilation, and performance issues of the web client application, independently planning and executing your work.
• Support and collaborate with the growing Studio developer community.
• Develop working relationships with the YouTube Web Architecture team in San Bruno.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and best practices.
