Fullstack Software Engineer II, Google Cloud Networking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 1 year of experience with full-stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with back-end or front-end development.
• Experience in building front-end at scale.
• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, Java or TypeScript.
• Ability to investigate and debug production issues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Write product or system development code.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Maintain and improve the testability of the project, including writing and maintaining automated tests, and identifying and fixing test failures.
• Work on features including UI, API, and backend layers to develop a full-stack experience.
• Build user interfaces using Angular, Java, and TypeScript.
