Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience working in mission critical facility maintenance and operations.
Experience in Electrical Distribution Systems (e.g., High Voltage, Low Voltage, Protection and Controls, Power Quality).
Experience in troubleshooting the Electrical Distribution Systems.
Nice to haves:
Full driving license (EU valid).
Experience planning and executing installation, commissioning, and equipment startup, following industry best practices and protocols.
Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment.
Understanding of mechanical systems in data center environments and controls/monitoring systems.
Excellent people management, and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
Be responsible for the uptime, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage electrical system distribution.
Develop approaches to reduce operational costs while improving efficiencies.
Operate, monitor, and maintain data center facilities systems and equipment, and respond to abnormal conditions.
Support startup, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and systems into facilities infrastructure.
Provide tracking and trending of operational characteristics, while also providing operational and maintenance insights into the design review process.
