Lead and execute technical in-depth search, proofs of concepts (PoCs), and pilot projects to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate their technical feasibility and business value.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through their cloud adoption journey, addressing technical concerns, and providing best practice recommendations.
Work closely with product management, engineering, and professional services teams to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure successful customer deployments.
