5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with domain experts, UX designers, and Product Management teams to translate organizational needs into technical solutions.
Research, evaluate, and implement relevant technologies and optimal architectural choices.
Drive technical decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational resource constraints and objectives.
Advocate the adoption of industry best practices in software design and development across the organization.
Provide accurate effort estimations and contribute to the development of comprehensive execution plans.
