Data Center Technician, Global Server Operations

Requirements

• Experience with computer hardware or server hardware.
• Experience diagnosing or troubleshooting technical equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of Google Cloud region infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues regarding affected equipment.
• Help test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Operating System (OS) related issues on server.
• Resolve technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process) using different tools until final resolution communicating with different stakeholders.
