Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Infrastructure issues such as Network, Storage, Servers, OS, Kubernetes, etc.
Deploy and train Customers, Partner, and Internal teams through international travel engagements.
Train Google partners through train-the-trainer programs to equip them with the knowledge and skills to effectively conduct customer deployments separately.
Support escalations from client deployments and internal reference deployment through participation in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
