Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience with software development, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
• 2 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management)
• Experience with systems and technology architectures, and with identifying dependencies and downstream impacts
• Experience with the Go coding language

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
• Experience developing accessible technologies
• Experience in using Python
• Experience with artificial intelligence concepts or technology
• Knowledge of threat modeling, risk assessments, or security assessments of products

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with information security engineers to develop new tools for product security consulting, response, and research related to AI agents
• Understand processes and workflows related to product security consulting and response
• Design and implement Go back-end systems and Python AI agents
• Build new features and integrations on internal systems utilizing technologies
• Lead reliability monitoring for a set of Google internal servers
