Data Center Facilities Technician, Controls

Requirements:

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or equivalent in a related technical field
• 2 years of experience in Controls/Automation in an industrial or commercial environment
• Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work non-standard hours and differing shifts

Nice to haves:

• Industry standard certifications related to system administration
• Experience in data centers, hospitals, power plants, or laboratories
• Proficiency in scripting language
• Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, relays, and troubleshooting

What you'll be doing:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair various data center systems
• Provide daily assistance to technicians, read blueprints, and assess system operations
• Control, monitor, and respond to abnormal conditions in data center facilities systems
• Support startup, commissioning, and integration of new controls equipment
