Senior Program Manager

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Drive the operations program area strategy, roadmap & guide new program ideas
• Build a culture of trust and operational transparency
• Partner with leaders to streamline operations and priority planning
• Provide data analytics for programs
• Bring ideas and solutions to improve operations
• Maintain high support velocity while balancing multiple channels of communication
