• Proactively take ownership of team’s on-call health and product reliability.

• Proactively grow team members to take on harder tasks.

• Strong senior engineer leading small teams using Java.
• Open to experimentation and new ways of doing things.
• Thirst for technical challenges in machine learning and distributed systems.
• Customer-centric attitude developing opinions about HubSpot's product.
• Understanding of building reliable systems in a complex architectural space.
