Requirements:

• Can cultivate a strong engineering culture based on HubSpot engineering principles
• Experience or interest in education, LMS, or Marketplace domains
• Worked on search, recommendation, or generative AI spaces
• Bias for action and willingness to make difficult decisions

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a group of teams as a Senior Engineering Manager
• Set direction and provide clarity for 6-7 small teams
• Collaborate with peers to enhance software development and delivery infrastructure
• Mentor team members for growth and development
