Staff Business Systems Analyst

Requirements:

• Experience driving and implementing projects from start to finish
• Strong insights into translating business needs into a development roadmap
• Ability to balance company priorities and system health improvements
• Experience working directly with software teams and managing complex integrations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with data analysis; SQL/Looker experience is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for efficiency within our Buying/CPQ space
• Build partnerships with product management, engineering, and UX/UI designers
• Become a subject matter expert in Buying systems, own ticketing support processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Work with leadership to build out a strategic focus and maintain awareness of company priorities
• Focus on scalability and impact, use data to influence change, work under pressure
