Experience in Fintech and/or Quoting systems.
Solid understanding of quote/proposal lifecycle.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in documentation and process mapping.
Adaptability, proactive mindset, and empathy for both customers and internal users.
Proficiency in Workato or comparable automation platforms

What You'll Be Doing
Partner with your BSA team and individual Buying product teams to streamline internal Quoting and Buying motions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and product reliability.
Act as an expert in comprehensive/complex system use cases, perform user acceptance testing and training for stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactively communicate status, risks, and solutions.
