Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or rapidly changing environments.

- Strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and detail orientation.
- Passion for solving complex systems challenges, especially in CPQ domains.
- Technical skills (SQL, data analysis tools, understanding APIs/integrations) and comfort learning new software.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, including hands-on experience with both billing/payments platforms and global tax/compliance solutions.
- Experience in Fintech and/or Quoting systems.
- Solid understanding of quote/proposal lifecycle.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in documentation and process mapping.
- Adaptability, proactive mindset, and empathy for both customers and internal users.
- Proficiency in Workato or comparable automation platforms
Nice to Haves
- Experience in AI and automation is a plus.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with your BSA team and individual Buying product teams to streamline internal Quoting and Buying motions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and product reliability.
- Act as an expert in complex system use cases, perform user acceptance testing and training for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning quoting, approvals, legal and checkout processes; identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
- Facilitate data-driven decision making by surfacing insights from key operational and stakeholder input.
- Proactively communicate status, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
