Research Engineer, ML, AI & Computer Vision

Requirements

• MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Robotics, or related field
• Experience in developing Computer Vision and Perception for Robotics or smart device technologies
• 5+ years of experience with modern features in C++
• Experience working in a Unix environment
• Interpersonal experience in cross-group and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Haves

• Industry experience in real-time SLAM, 3D reconstruction, robotics, and agentic AI systems
• Demonstrated software engineering experience (internship, work experience, coding competitions, open source contributions)
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud services, or on-device algorithm development
• 3+ years of industry or postdoctoral experience as a full-stack software engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Implement and prototype advanced research systems in AI and machine perception
• Collaborate with team members on research projects from inception to prototyping
• Define and execute system research roadmaps in computer vision, machine learning, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering and research
