Software Engineer II

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust or Python
• OR equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service or platform.
• Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a scenario.
• Ensures appropriate continuous feedback loops measuring customer value, usage patterns, and other actionable metrics of value are incorporated.
• Reviews fellow team member's code to assure it meets quality standards, is reliable and accurate, and is appropriate for the scale of the product/solution area.
• Drives creation and conducting of experimentation to determine the effectiveness of changes, monitors developments for prototyping and testing products, and interprets results from experimentation.
